This beautifully designed Brunswick golf course is great for all calibers of players, and was created by owners Wade and Claire Carruth with the intent of making it affordable to all golfers; not just the ones who can afford to play expensive golf courses. Coastal Pines Golf Club was named “best new bargain” in Golf Digest’s 2002 January issue.

Jekyll Island Golf Club, considered to be the largest public golf resort in Georgia, consists of three 18 hole courses and one 9 hole course. Each course is very different from the others and all range in difficulty. Both the NCAA Division 3 Championships and the Georgia PGA Open Championships are held here, as well as state high school championships and U.S. Kids Golf World.

Located along the rivers and marshlands of the northern tip of the island, the course was formerly an 18th century antebellum plantation where cotton, indigo and rice were farmed. Designed by renowned architect Joe Lee and opened in August of 1989 this course was selected as “one of the nation’s top ten resort courses” by Golf Magazine.
